ABOUT US

Settlers Farm Campus Out of School Hours Care is a service that provides care to children aged from 4-14 years. Our service has been operating since 1991 on the Settlers Farm Schools grounds. We are a professional team of qualified & casual staff who provide a high quality, fun, safe and recreational Child Care program for the families of our community. School Care is available both during School Term (Before and After School Care) and during the School Holidays (Vacation Care).

 

Our Hours of Operation are as follows:

Before School Care: 6:30am-8:30am (breakfast is provided until 8:00am)
After School Care: 3:05pm-6pm (afternoon tea is provided at 3:05pm and fruit at 4:30pm)
Vacation Care: 6:30am-6pm (children must bring recess and packed lunch, unless indicated otherwise)

 

Primarily we are a service designed for working and/or studying parents, however the benefits for families whom require care just for respite needs is enormous, for both the parents and the children.  We operate under a Priority of Access Policy. Vacancy availability changes every week and therefore it is vital that parents keep their bookings up-to-date. We currently have over 180 families registered with our service. We provide daily care for up to 120 children in before school care, 120 children in after school care and 120 children in Vacation Care

 

​Our service is well-known in the community for the high quality, action-packed program we provide during Vacation Care. During the school holidays we generally have at least 3 excursions on offer each week, whether they be age specific (split excursion for younger children and older children), choice or an excursion for the whole group, there is always something to appeal to everyone.
